The Progressive Petronians Party,
Acknowledging the economic benefit from trading with the Russian Federation, furthermore
Believing in the chance for economic progress that would come from a free trade agreement with aforementioned federation, and
Strongly condemning the Federation's slow progress in implementing the Kyoto and other protocols regarding climate change, as well as
Recognizing the need to draft and sign a new, better, more effective protocol and international agreement to diminish carbon and other CFCG emissions, and finally
Emphasizing the need for Great Petronia to develop its own alternative energy sources program, nuclear energy included,
1.Strongly urges the Great Petronian Government to create and sign an bilateral or multilateral agreement guaranteeing unrestricted and free trade between the nations of Great Petronia and Russia, with no trade barriers, by April 30th 2009.
2.Calls upon the government of Great Petronia to increase its export of clean energy technology to Russia by October 15 2009, in order to benefit Great Petronia's economy.
3.Recommends that the Russian government signs a new protocol regarding climate change that is not so lenient to developed countries, and improve its implementation of Kyoto by December 31st 2009.
4.Encourages the Great Petronian government to start developing a Great Petronian nuclear energy program, while at the same time starting instalation and use of other alternative energy sources such as solar power, wind power and water power by June 1st 2009.
